Connecting performance and presence
Performance doesn’t come from pushing people harder. It comes from leaders who are able to create the kind of environment where their teams have the space to perform at their best.
When leaders are under constant pressure, presence is often the first thing to go and with it, communication and trust. That’s where our partnership makes a difference.
Today, I feel privileged to partner with leaders as they reconnect with their presence so they can lead with clarity rather than urgency. The result is stronger alignment, better conversations, and teams who feel like they matter.
My coaching approach isn’t about giving advice or “fixing”, it’s about strengthening the leadership foundations that quietly drive performance while creating psychological safety across the organisation.
When leaders lead from presence, performance follows.
1:1 Executive Coaching
Through our 1:1 executive coaching partnership, we will co-design a process tailored entirely to you. It’s not a toolkit or formula, it’s a created space to be yourself. From there, you can decide how you want to move forward, personally and professionally.

Matrescence: the unspoken transformation
A quiet shift that changes everything
Matrescence: It’s a word few know, but its impact is felt by every organisation and every mother in the world. It describes the profound transition women experience when becoming a mother. It’s a profound shift in psychological, social, physical and spiritual changes that can deeply influence how women live, and lead at work.
By understanding and supporting matrescence, workplaces benefit greatly from renewed engagement, collaboration, and performance.
Matrescence Support
Through keynote talks, panel discussions, workshops, and bespoke collaborations, I help leaders and teams understand how major life transitions, like becoming a parent can transform organisational culture.
I deliver lived experience talks, HR consulting, and strategies that drive lasting culture change. I partner with HR and leaders to embed awareness, and support into the very heart of their people and organisation culture.
The heart of human experience
For over twenty years, I worked in Human Resources across Europe and the UK, walking alongside senior leaders through complex organisational change. That work was deeply meaningful and it’s the foundation of how I support leaders now.
At the height of my career, I pressed pause. Becoming a mother in 2020 shifted everything, leaving me in a transition I couldn’t name. Then I discovered a word that felt both unfamiliar and deeply true: matrescence. I didn’t grasp its meaning then, but it stayed with me
Years later, after completing my executive coach training, that word surfaced again. This time with clarity. I knew I was ready to learn more about it and to guide others through this profound transition. That insight shifted the course of my work and life.
Now, I combine evidence based coaching with two decades of leadership experience and a deep understanding of human transformation. This enables me to support leaders in showing up with the authenticity and presence that strengthens trust and performance across the organisation.
